We use high-temperature-rated SMD2835 LED chips for long-lasting brightness even under heat stress. The thick 2oz copper PCB ensures stable performance and efficient heat dissipation.

Unlike regular strips, our sauna LED light strip is fully potted with heat-resistant silicone, forming a solid seal over the LEDs and circuit board. This design prevents hot steam and moisture from penetrating the strip, ensuring safe and reliable 50,000+ hours operation even in extreme conditions.

The heat-resistant LED light strips come with blue thermal-conductive adhesive backing—just peel and stick. However, in long-term wet and hot environments, the adhesive may weaken.

For a more secure installation, we recommend using clips and screws for reinforcement. We include transparent silicone clips and screws in the accessory pack for dual mounting support.

How to Adjust Sauna LED Strip Length? (Cutting is optional.)

1. Cut Along the Marked Line

Use scissors to cut the strip only at the designated black cut lines. Cutting elsewhere may damage the circuit.

2. Attach the End Cap

Firmly push the end cap onto the cut end of the strip to prepare for sealing.

3. Seal with 704 Silicone Glue

Apply 704 silicone sealant evenly around the cap to ensure a tight, waterproof seal and block out moisture.

(704 silicone glue is not included, please prepare in advance)

4. Done

Allow the glue to fully cure before installing the strip in a humid or hot area.
