User’s Guide
Except choose the correct 24V voltage, the wattage of power supply is very important too. If not correct, the lights may dark, flicker or the power supply gets too hot. So please choose the right power supply.
This dual row light strip is 7.6W/ft, the wattage of power supply= 24V*7.6W*Length.
Lights don’t work
Please check the voltage of your power supply. 12V will not work and 120V will burn out the lights.
Why are my LED light strips flickering?
Lack of wattage, some power supplies have overload protection, when the light strip ‘s wattage is higher than the power supply, the light strip will blink.
Why my LED strip is not as bright as your advertisement?
Lack of wattage, please choose the correct wattage power supply. This dual row led strip is 125W 16.4ft.
What is the max length I can run ?
For 24V led strip, the voltage drop is less than 12V, but we still suggest you’d better connect them in parallel instead of in series.
What’s the difference between 12V and 24V light strip?
Compared to 12V LED strip, 24V are better for longer run installation with less voltage drop, can be used for high efficacy lighting.
