If you want to turn on in daylight put it upside down on the table or use your palm to completely cover the solar panels.The solar step lights must to be charged direct sunshine.Please put the solar light outside charging for 1 sunny days.The solar backyard lights can not be installed in the glass house or under the roof, all these will affect the absorption of sunlight.
