The packaging is good. This lamp is not difficult at all to install. It is easy to install. I installed it on the top of the restaurant. My son told me last night that this lamp is very fashionable, it matches the decoration style of my house, and the brightness.Looks very nice on. I got Edison bulbs and installed without inner shades. It finally came in it looks nice! And it came with everything we needed to install it.Love these lights. Simple, modern, sturdy. The 3 lamp style I shortened because it is above the sink. The 4 lamp style I kept long above the eating area. Perfect!For the money i think it’s great. The mounting was easy. Some assembly is required, with basic tools. It comes with 2 glass shades per bulb. i only used the clear, you could just use the frosted or both (as intended) I bought some fake fire LED bulbs and it came out great.The product is as I expected, it has good quality of the material.Absolutely LOVE this light!!! Very easy to assemble. 5 stars..
