How did we get our start?

In 1958, in the small village of Weissbach, Germany, we produced a self-adhesive decorative film and it was a huge success. Later, we created a static window film to change the look of windows and glass surfaces. Today, we still produce in the same village in Germany, and “d-c fix” is a generic term for self-adhesive films.

What do I need to work with Adhesive Film?

Scissors or a utility knife, a ruler or a measuring stick, a pen, and a plastic smoother.

How should the surface to which the film is being attached be?

Smooth, dust-free, and grease-free; untreated wood should first be treated with a primer.

On which surfaces can the Static Film be used?
